probleme carte reseau ethernet pci realtek

Salut regard peut etre ici, il parle des conflit de cette carte avec cetain matos:

Par contre j'ai les meme car et elle sont reconnu sous Wind 98se dans mon gestionnaire de periferique comme 10/100 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter; constructeur Realtek; date du 11.06.2002.
Sur la disquette du pilote j'ai un manuel d'utilisation en anglais si cela peut t'aider:

This document describes the procedure to install Windows XP driver for
10/100M PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter.

Location of Driver: \WINXP\R8139N51.SYS

Installing driver procedure on Microsoft Windows XP:
-----------------------------------------------------
Before you start with the installation process, make sure that your
adapter should be properly installed in your PCI bus slot.
Executing Windows XP, it will auto-detect your system configuration
and find the adapter hardware. ( If Windows XP does not prompt that
it detects the PCI Ethernet adapter,there must be something wrong with
the 10/100M PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter or your system enviroment.)

1. Ask you to select which driver you want to install, select "Driver
from disk provided by hardware manufacturer".

2. Insert the 10/100M PCI Fast Ethernet driver disk into drive A and
specify the setup file pathname A:\WinXP.

3. Windows XP will appear some messages to insert Windows XP system
disk to complete setup step.

4. Windows XP will finish the other installation procedure
automatically, then you restart the system.

Apparament si elle n'est pas detecte il y aurais un probleme avec windows XP ou un probleme d'environement.
