il y a a peine 10 segondes mon ordie s'éteint je le redémarre je choisi xp mais problème

sa me mais "Windows n'a pas pu démarrer car le fichier suivant est manquant ou endommagé : <Racine Windows>\system32\hal.dll.
Veuillez réinstaller une copie du fichier ci-dessus."
quelqu'un pourrait m'aider plz bon je tourne actuellement avec kubuntu an attendent vos réponse
