S/Mime fonctionne avec les certificats. Il fait parti de mozilla thunderbird.

Enigmail est un plugin anglais pour thunderbird qui fonctionne avec Open PGP. Open PGP est facilement configurable grace à l'interface WinPT

Perso j'utilise Enigmail/Open PGP sous Windows et Linux.
Ca fonctionne très bien.
