Normalement, l'installation de W2000 se fait avec setup.exe (anglais)du CD.

en plus bootdix.dl_ ce n'est pas bootdix.dll

Essaye avec Setup, sinon normalement en rebootant sur le CD, l'installation se fait automatiquement
