Oui, Inkscape http://www.inkscape.org/?lang=fr fonctionne sur Mac.
Cependant, il faut avoir installé X11.
C'est pour cet environnement graphique pour Unix qu'il est adapté. Ça change un peu des habitudes Mac.

Pour un logo, il est tout à fait adapté.
