ça fait des heures que je recherche une solution.
Le css n'apparait pas.
Mais lorsque j'enlève le doctype, ça fonctionne.
Le doctype de ma page web :

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="fr" lang="fr">
