bonjour, j'an rencontré le meme probleme apres avoir basculer un portable vista sous xp (modele:hp pavilion dv9699).
pour remettre le son j'ai trouver sur un forum toshiba:

download the update and install and try to install realtek driver from "ftp://152.104.238.19/pc/audio/WDM_R188.zip"
