Hello, I'm a Russian student and I would like to continue my studyings in Belgium. The French language faculty of the University where I studied has been closed, I finished just three ears of it, I studyed French and English. I have nobody who can be my tutor or garant and my finanghcial status isn't that high to pay special programs. If there is any possibility for me to study in Belgium?
